Orders and collections:
If your order is placed before 4 pm on Monday to Thursday, it will be available for collection from your chosen branch surgery after 3 pm the following day.
If ordering on a Friday before 4pm your order should be available for collection from your branch surgery the following Monday after 3pm*.
Any orders received between 4 pm Friday and 4pm Monday will be available for collection from your branch surgery from 3 pm on the Tuesday.
*Please note that we are closed on bank holiday Mondays, and thererfore orders due to be collected on that day would need to be collected on the Tuesday, instead.
